One of my teachers is gonna make us do book reports based on books of our choice. I was wondering what would be good for a teenage child. It has to be over a 100 pages. No twilight please. Something that is appropriate?
I don’t want a series please. I want a book. Or if it is a series , I want it to be something I can draw enough information out of without having to read the next book.
Oh and it must be fiction.

I’m particularly interested in how the growth of air travel has changed American culture. My favorite book on the subject was Joe Sutter’s book on the development of the 747.
So, if anyone knows of similar books, I’d love to hear about them.
Thanks

I’d love to find some books that will help me remember things from different aspects of nursing, such as pharmacology, nursing skills, anatomy, etc. I’ve seen a couple books that had mnemonics, etc., and think they could come in very handy for me. Does anyone have any suggestions, preferably books that you actually used and felt like you benefited from?

I’m a guy, 14 turning 15. My favorite books include the Harry Potter Books (obviously), The Lightning Theif by Rick Riordan, and The Book Theif by Markus Zusak. I tend to like adventure and fantasy books, but I’m starting to get into some of the classics that I read at school like Of Mice and Men. Do you have any suggestions for books that I should ask for for my birthday?

I want to read some of the so called "lost books of the bible," the Gnostic Gospels, Dead Sea Scrolls, etc. Are there any good books or collections of these texts available? Is there a version of the bible out there with these texts included?

I have read all the vampire series and Harry Potter, I also enjoyed all the Nicholas Sparks books. However, I am looking for more adult books.
