I have a pile of books I could sacrifice for some money. Almost all are good quality, except for one has a stain on the back of the book cover and another has a small stain on the inside margins.
Where can I give these books to so I get at least a reasonable amount of money for them?
Preferably no internet sales, please.

I am absolutely in love with the Maximum Ride series and currently bought the all 5 books. Is there any more books? Or are more books coming? I heard there was going to be 12 books in all or 8 books in all. Can anyone give me a real answer for the number of books? Thank you all!

I have begun teaching a poet/playwright class and I already have two poetry books, the new penguin and A light in the attic which I think is good for kids. I need a historical play and poem book. I also want a book about poets and playwrights. Ideas?

I’m just looking for a good book that has homosexuality in it. Not a scientific or informative book, just a fiction novel or something.Preferably one that i could easily find. Please no books about how religions view homosexuality, I’m just looking for a good read.

I’m planning to take the CPE and other English certifying examinations.
But I’m really bad at speaking logically and conveying my opinions.
So I need books on this subject.
Please tell me some books that will teach me how to speak in English.
I’m definately looking for a book with phrases that are frequently used in interviews, debates etc.
And any advices are apreciated. Thanks in advance!

I need to find some good books about this subject. I’d prefer if I could find information about the book online before I go rent the book.

I’m an eighth grader who loves to read and my teacher said we are having an Outside Reading Project. I have no clue what book to read though. I’m the kind of person who can read anything so don’t worry about the level or difficulty or length of the material. I would like to read something thrilling and unique. I’m okay with classic stories too! I have already read the following books:
- Entire Harry Potter Series
- Tom Sawyer
- Huckleberry Finn
- Little Women
- and many others
I would really like it if someone could recommend a great series because ever since Harry Potter ended, I’m not interesting in any other books anymore. Thanks!

What are some of your favorite holiday books? Are there any books you read every year? Or a new one that you think is a great book for the holidays?
